This is the quieter side of the island so longer drives to go do things but we found it 100% worth it for the tranquility. There are also several trails on property to explore. We only had time for one, but when we got to the falls we had it completely to ourselves.

I was only there for a short time but I would love to return, it would be an amazing place for a retreat. Carina was sooo pleasant and helpful, our room was very tidy and neatly appointed, very comfortable. Also appreciated the delicious dinner (served by the most adorable young waitress ever :-) ) and arranging of taxi rides.

It’s such an amazing place to stay, close to the airport and other things to do around the island but also hidden away in the mountains— you’re surrounded by a lush landscape. Falling asleep at night to all the sounds of the birds and animals around the forest was so peaceful. The hosts are so friendly and make you feel right at home. Breakfast & dinner was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone!!
