The walk into the centre of Westport took about 25 minutes. A bit of a hill to navigate but not too bad. Excellent base to explore MAyo.

The host Josephine was so sweet and flexible about check-in times and provided everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back again in the near future and would recommend to all travellers visiting Westport to stay at Ceol Na Mara. 10 out of 10 all around.

Breakfast was good, reasonable choice, freshly cooked, good service. Nice views towards Croagh Patrick. It's about 5 minutes walk to The Quays, some good restaurants and cafes there, about 15 minutes walk to the entrance of Westport House.
