This villa will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a terrace. Most units have a full kitchenette, with a microwave and a refrigerator, and private bathrooms with a shower. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from the property's private veranda and palapa.

This was our first "luxury" stay we've ever had, and we loved it. The room was very clean and set up nicely for us upon arrival. When we first got there, we were offered a drink and they got us checked in quickly then showed us to our room. They gave a brief overview of the room and everything available. During our stay, it was our nice little retreat when we got overwhelmed/tired from exploring, which we did a lot. The bartender was awesome and nice to chat with. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well. Not once did we feel like we weren't welcome there. Hopefully we can be back some day.

Situated in Maya Beach in the Stann Creek region and Seine Bight Beach reachable within a few steps, Kin Resort Lodge features accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private parking.

The location was central to Placencia which is a bonus for those that may not have transportation. There were beautiful trees on the property which made it seem like we were in a tropical secluded resort. Our room was very clean and had everything we could have needed (stove, fridge, A/C, WiFi, kitchenware, table/chairs, bath/shower). Honestly the room was much better than some of the high priced resorts we stayed at. The owner was absolutely wonderful and we had a pleasant chat with her. We will definitely be returning.

    The place is beautiful! Our three-bedroom apartment was nicely decorated, had all essentials, and faced a very well-maintained privet beach. We used bicycles provided by the lodge for a 20-minutes ride to Placencia village where many restaurants and gift shops locate. There are also kayaks for those who stay in the villa! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
