Thank you to the team at Sunset view for an amazing stay. I booked for 3 nights and stayed for 8, I think that says it all. I really enjoyed spending time with the team and learning about local cultures and Tharu people in this intimate setting.

They were so welcoming to their home and hospitable once you were there. My stay was made up of an amazing walking safari (but they can also do keep), delicious food cooked by Kali (possible the best dal bhat I have had) - including a mo mo cooking class - and lots of fun relaxing at their house and playing with the children. The garden is beautiful and there is a nice area to sit relax and eat the delicious food (which is fresh and different every day). I did a 2 day safari which was also amazing! The owner of the homestay guides and he is really passionate about it! He tried everything to show us the best sightings possible. In general I can say that it is a lovely place with really nice people!!! Definitely would recommend and come back!!

Extremely comfy bed, maybe most comfortable bed not just in Nepal but anywhere. Very good shower with hot water heater. Beautiful garden with lots of colourful flowers

They offer a very pure, yet comfortable experience. They have two rooms for rent, and live on the property themselves. Nanu will be able to guide you on hiking safari’s as well for a good price. Apart from that the food is amazing. :) Would 100% recommend anybody looking for a Nepali experience to go here!

The rooms are really nice and the beds are really comfortable (best sleep I had in Nepal!). The food was excellent as well! I did three safaris with Shardul. He always gave his best and was really motivated for me to see as much as possible. He is really good at his job because we had many amazing sightings of Tigers, Rhinos and so own.
