We enjoyed the 2.5km hike from the Karongi bus station to this Eco-Lodge and were delighted to be greeted by friendly staff, cold beer and fabulous views. There are only four rooms at this eco-lodge, so there's plenty of privacy, peace and quiet. We loved our stay here. We recommend the half-day boat trip out to Napoleon Island. The wifi worked well.

    This place has no downsides. The lodge is on a hill and offers a great view of the eastern side of Lake Kivu, and just 100m away from the lodge, there's a view of the western part of the lake. The staff is lovely, it's a peaceful location away from traffic, and the cuisine includes delicious local dishes.

    Staff is really good, the lodge with awesome good natural materials, and the view is so wonderful. The internal restaurant food is good and well prepared. Breakfast is amazing and delicious with good fruits.
