The room was clean, had TV, fridge a kitchenette and spacious bathroom. A must if in Monte verde !

At the lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. We had an absolutely amazing stay. The entire place is just beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We got to watch and hear howler monkeys as well as a Kolibri while swimming in the pool surrounded by lush green plants and trees. Especially worthy pointing out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the host. After mentioning to Mike that I quite bad ear pain he came back to me with his own medication and even let me keep them after we went on to Montezuma and Uvita. Literally saved my holiday, thanks a lot Mike!! Apart from that very open Host who was able to provide tons of information and recommendations not only on Mal Pais and Santa Teresa but also other places like Montezuma. All in all, a perfect stay!

The cabin is at the perfect height to watch scarlet macaws flying by. Amazing. The staff were awesome and the room was cleaned daily. They also helped us organize the boat from Sierpe and the tour to Corcovado.
