Vip Flotante ligger 4,6 km fra Estadio Enrique Torres Belon og tilbyder indkvartering med terrasse. the family was great, they were so friendly and generours to have us with them. Only Lina was able to speak English but nevertheless we were able to communicate with the husband and the kids. Lina is a great cook and she served us traditional food (simple). When we needed a lift they were always on time. The loft is nice and the best part of it is the balcony. The shower has hot water.

With floor to ceiling windows, sun room (2nd floor) and an outside lounge area, Juan's place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Finally, the hospitality - Juan spent a considerable time explaining the Uros culture, what goes into the making of a village/house/boat. We even spent time making handicrafts to take home - a beautiful souvenir.

Carlos and his family were very friendly. we really felt at home and they helped us with everything (trips, transfers etc.) I would highly recommend this place if you want to visit lake titicaca. he also thought us about their culture and the place itself is really amazing and calm.

Titicaca Aruntawi Lodge Peru ligger i Puno og tilbyder indkvartering med udsigt over søen samt daglig morgenmad. Ejendommen ligger 7 km fra byens centrum og lige foran Titicaca-søen. For det første var Eddy superflink og imødekommende. Han hentede os i båd i udkanten af Puno og sejlede os ud til Aruntawi, der ligger på sin egen flydende siv-ø. “Værelset” var helt fantastisk med uhindret udsigt både mod øst og vest, og tilmed terrasser begge steder. Det var masterbedroom/dagligstue mod vest og et andet soveværelse mod øst. Og så var der et rigtig fint badeværelse. Der var også strøm fra egne solceller med batteri. Måltiderne spiste vi i en selvstændig bygning og de blev tillavet af Eddys mor - der var bare “dagens ret”, men den var super lækker - tre retter til aftensmaden. Det var en helt speciel oplevelse at bo på egen flydende ø, og spændende at høre Eddy fortælle om livet dér.

For sure one of the best places in which we have ever stayed. The service that we received from Ivan was magnificent. He picked us at the shore of the lake and took us to the lodge. He was always ready to help us and do the different activities in the lake and Uros community with us. The facilities are very beautiful and everything was built by Ivan and his family. If you want a mesmerizing view of the lake, this is the best place to stay!!! WE TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!

Uros Summa Paqari ligger på den flydende ø Uros i Puno, 7 km fra Titicaca-søen. Puno Havn ligger 5 km derfra. Samtlige værelser har eget badeværelse. The location had amazing views - what else could you ask for being situated in the middle of Lake Titicaca. Vidal and his family were lovely and friendly. The rooms was exactly as the photo depicted. Our favorite spot would be the lounge area by the lake where you can just sit the whole day. The bathroom is also very comfortable - their toilet is flushable and they have a water heater. Lots of blankets are provided to keep you warm during the night. The food they served though simple was actually one of the best we had in Peru, and that's after dining at Lima and Cusco.

Uros Qhantany Lodge ligger på de flydende øer i Uros, 5 km uden for Puno-kysten, og tilbyder indkvartering midt i Titicaca-søen. Puno-kysten ligger 30 minutters sejlads derfra. Enchanting and peaceful location. The hosts were attentive, welcoming and very informative. They offered a small tour of the Uros Islands in traditional clothing which was a very nice touch. We also did a short traditional boat tour at sunset and we were shown how traditional fishing is being done. The food that was prepared was good, simple and plentiful.
