Auristelle from the hotel front office ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Our experience at this hotel was simply amazing and welcoming. After 25 days, it felt like home. The breakfast and food, in general, were absolutely delightful. We also enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at the club lounge. Housekeeping was impressively professional, with Abeen and Bilal doing a fantastic job. We will definitely revisit this hotel when we return to Dubai. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The pool area is pleasant, and there were always available sunbeds. This hotel is at your service all the time.

I've been stayed couple times in Dubai and last time wasmy 3rd time I came there again and I was stayed at Summit Hotel and made some plans to Global Village and Miracle Garden eventually because last time they didn't open during summer. Take some travel for Abu Dhabi tour and Dubai Safari tour, was so amazing. Will visit here again for business pleasures!

UNFORGETABLE TRIP EVER
Dubai adalah negara yang sangat istimewa. Lingkungannya, segala macam bentuk Gedung-gedung bertingkat, transportasi memadai, makan gampang dicari. Desert Safari merupakan pengalaman yang ga akan bs dilupakan. Walaupun mataharinya silau, tapi cuacanya dingin, anginnya bukan sepoi-sepoi lagi, tapi kenceng banget.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and superb in every aspect! We stayed in a room with Burj Khalifa and Fountain view and we loved everything about our stay. The room was so spacious, clean and modern, every little detail was carefully designed for our comfort. The friendliness of the staff and the customer service are just exceptional and I can say we had the best experience ever! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to be treated with greatest care and attention as well as enjoy the most beautiful interior and really outstanding views of Burj KHalifa and Dubai Fountains. We had a special occasion to celebrate as a couple and the staff organized for us the best welcome treats and made our room so beautiful and romantic! Not only this but we also received the most beautiful bouquet with red roses on the second day of our stay because we had also a birthday celebration apart from our special occasion which was the primary reason for us choosing this hotel. We have the warmest feelings and will keep lovely memories from our stay in absolutely fabulous hotel and we can’t wait to return again!

Everything was very nice. A great experience. Great service at the receptiom. The swimming pool and the lagoon were fantastic. The rooms were modern and cozy with a 360 view on the lagoon and have a great balcony 😀. We loved it.
