Located on the eastern shore of Lake Sevan, this rustic stone property has an outdoor pool and an Armenian restaurant with terrace. All rooms include a balcony with lake views. Absolutely fantastic place! Probably the best place I've stayed in Armenia. The hotel is perfect place to relax in silence and completely "recharge". Picturesque location, fresh herbal scented air, beautiful sunsets. The hotel has really nice interiors, Tufenkian's recognizable style. Very clean. Nice open swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Great staff. Great place for a quiet holiday. We will definitely return!

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

The best place to stay in Sevan I think. This place is an institution of the town, for good reason. The rooms were large, comfortable and very warm- mattresses are very comfortable. The staff are fantastic. There is a full kitchen for you to use on the property, and the hosts often prepare delicious food for you to enjoy. It is in a central location inside Sevan so it is near to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and other essentials. I don't see why anyone would stay at another hotel, unless they just wanted luxury- which there is nothing wrong with.

Sasha was very friendly. He was just opening the hotel and we suddenly arrived! He made everything ready as soon as possible. The fish was fresh and also the breakfast was awesome. Location is perfect, just next to the beach. I was happy and I recommend if you are looking for a value for money stay.
