We were pleasantly surprised when we were offered an upgrade to their deluxe suite which was exceptional. What we loved about the place was the effort that was made to maintain it's authenticity and you truly felt you were staying in a castle. The staff were welcoming and friendly and made our stay comfortable and relaxed.

The Hotel Gappen consists of 2 buildings.It is a traditional, Tyrolean-style hotel in Kramsach in the Inn Valley. One of the Best Hotels I ever stay! Everything was on excellent level - staff / room / services / food. Nothing to complaint at all!
