Situated in San Ignacio, 500 metres from Cahal Pech, Falling Leaves Lodge features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We absolutely loved Falling Leaves! Our room was beautiful, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. We had a refrigerator and a nice patio. The grounds were gorgeous; the staff, especially Christiana and Sedacy were so attentive; and the restaurant had wonderful food, awesome drinks and happy hour! The view from the restaurant is spectacular and FL is next door to Cahal Pesh, which is a must visit Mayan Archeology Site, and a short walk from town. We would definitely come back to Falling Leaves!

Pine Ridge Lodge has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in San Ignacio. Featuring a bar, the property is located within 18 km of Barton Creek Cave. This is a hidden gem. Staying at Pine Ridge Lodge is like staying with family. I don’t know where to start to describe our experience. Before we even arrived Jose reached out asking what activities we were interested in. I gave him a list and he had everything arranged for us. I literally didn’t have to lift a finger. All of the guides he had for us were amazing. He has towels ready for us when we needed them, breakfast packed for when we had a really early start and everything arranged to a tee. Neil, the owner, is amazing. One of the nicest guys you will meet. So attentive to his guests and his food is amazing. We ate every meal there except one. Every night he made something different for dinner and it was all delicious. On Christmas Day he made a turkey dinner with all of the fixings that was amazing. For breakfast he would ask the night before what you would like. His breakfast burritos are the best I have had. The grounds are gorgeous and the cabins are super cute and very clean. He has 2 sweet dogs Maggie and Morgan that we fell in love with and a cute little girl to at enjoyed chatting with us. The location is out of San Ignacio so I would recommend a car but it’s totally worth it. It’s a slice of tranquility after a busy day of activities. Can’t recommend Pine Ridge Lodge enough. It’s 10 star service!!

Located within 1.9 km of Cahal Pech and 17 km of El Pilar, Venus Hotel features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in San Ignacio. Excellent value for money and staff were extremely helpful and let me do a free late check out (an hour later).

Drift Inn Cayo features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Santa Elena. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. The manager of this place was so so sweet and helpful throughout our entire stay! She helped organizing our trip to the atm cave and made sure we had all information. Their restaurant was closed due to some religious holiday but she made sure we were well fed by making us delicious sandwiches. Clean rooms and nice pool area. Wish I could have stayed a few more days.

Quiet location but also within walking distance to the centre of San Ignacio. Bing arranged a tour for us to Barton Creek and Big Rock Falls with David's Advanture Tours which was amazing! He also gave us some local trip suggestions. They just go above and beyond. There is a water tank available 24/7, the garden is serene and cool to walk in...just ask whatever you need, everybody is so helpful!

Rumors Resort Hotel features free Wi-Fi, free public parking and children's playground. The air-conditioned rooms have balcony or patio. They offer cable-TV and private bathrooms with shower. perfect location for exploring San Ignacio. the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant and bar were frequented by lots of locals which is always a good sign and it helped us get a much more authentic belizean experience.
