Wonderful stay at a fantastic property with incredible staff members. The property is new and the staff were knowledgeable and kind. We didn’t understand how the air conditioner worked so we called the front desk and they were able to correct it for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. The size of the room, view of the room, cleanliness, bathroom everything was awesome! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Zermatt. The rooms are really big, with a double bed and a sofa and a workstation too.

From check in to check out I have not one bad thing to say. We arrived at the train station and just had to call the hotel to bring us via private transport. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe family room which was great. I cannot fault this stay at all would highly recommend.
