Staff was great. We did the half board program with an included tour for each night’s stay. Tours were informative and interesting. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

The tasteful decor in tropical style, cleanliness and host's hospitality. Lorena spoke English and was always available whenever we had a question. The place is hidden behind a large gate wrapped in passion vine. The units with separate entrances are concentrated around a paved yard where it's nice to sit in the evening and watch the stars. I loved the thatched roofs! Our room was equipped with a ceiling fan and a fridge, everything was neat and tidy. We did not order breakfast, but it was available upon request. Chez Hiwa is located on a quiet street, 10 minutes from the town centre. Ahu Tahai, famous for its sunsets, is 12-15 min by foot.

My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience and a great stay. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with a beautiful garden made it truly special. The owner has plenty of horses which were brought in in the morning which was a stunning scenery to watch. The short walk to town added convenience without sacrificing the peaceful retreat vibe. Rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

Majoituspaikka sijaitsee Hanga Roassa vain 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Mataverin kansainväliseltä lentoasemalta. Bungalowit ovat puutarhojen ympäröimiä, ja majoituspaikassa on ulkouima-allas. Even on the middle of the Pacific, the room was plenty of things that you need for the stay. And above all, the staff was incredibly nice. Especially the Japanese lady who welcomed us from the beginning throughout the stay was so nice.
