Very important and topping the flair of the place is the team of helpers that the owner was able to find and hold. The team members are motivated, smart, helpful,friendly and therefore such avaluable assett to the extent that the owner seems to entrust the operation into their hands during long periods of his absence. That the building is an integral part of this small town at the entrance of the Paul Valley makes it the most convenient location to get to know the out-of-this-wold sights. All this endeared this place to us. Unfortunately I was not able - at age 85 - to promise coming back but I will recommend it to anybody who deserves this wonderfull experience..
