Offering free fitness facilities, free refreshments 24 hours a day and free WiFi, this hotel is located in Berlin’s popular Hackescher Markt area. Alexanderplatz is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel was really nice. It was clean, had all the facilities and took our trip to the next level. Our room was very spacious. We loved the design of the shower and the blinds allowed us to have an uninterrupted sleep. Also, the free snack bar on the 7th floor of the hotel was very good. Sandwiches, soft drinks, fruits, coffee, tea, croissants, banana bread etc. were free of charge. Of course the view was also very nice. It was also nice to have free umbrellas available in the lobby.

It was a family trip, combined with a business trip. We were with a child aged 3 y/o in the hotel. The hotel was outstanding. The location is just a few blocks away from one of the most famous sightseeing sites in Berlin - Checkpoint Charlie, and just 20 meters away from the underground station (metro). The transportation to and from the hotel was easy as you like. There are a lot of coffee shops and bakeries around, so even if you don't have breakfast included (we didn't), you have the chance to choose from a lot of things. There is a supermarket in a mall, like 100 meters away, REWE and Penny, you could even do some daily shopping. In the hotel building, just downstairs on the parter, there is one of the most famous Berlin and German restaurants - Maximilian's. The restaurant is with great traditional German cuisine and of course - great German beer. The staff is very friendly, even though they are not 24/7 on site. But they are very likely to help you via phone call. Our child was feeling great, because the room was extraordinary large, like an apartment. There was 2 big separate rooms with little kitchen, big hall with separately bathroom and WC. You have so much space for everything. And also you have a little balcony, which you can go out on and have some fresh air or a cigarette. Also the rooms are kept very clean.

Apart from that the facilities are super nice and modern. The stuff was very polite and helpful + we got free parking.

I really liked the location - very relaxing, with a great view from a spacious room. The room had good ammount of furniture to sit on and relax - it was a also quite clean and quiet. This hotel was amazing. The gym was the best gym we have ever had in a hotel. Spread over two floors it have a lot of great stuff. The spa was really nice is which had sauna, steam room etc for extra 20 euros is not bad The breakfast was the best that I have ever had in a hotel. Really good and really nice gluten free bread available (as I am usually limited in breakfast due to allergies). Seriously amazing breakfast. The location was good just a 15 minute walk to the train station and many good restaurants nearby.

The location was amazing with the lake near by and my kids enjoyed it! It’s really quiet place for relaxing and rooms are spacious. I really appreciate that the host has been in contact with me all the time and provides all towels and bed sheets in the room before we arrived and really good communication! I want to tank to the receptionist because they speak really good English and they we’re really helpful! We will definitely comeback again soon. Danke

The house is clean with a fully furnished kitchen. Every required item is available and accessible. The host was very friendly and responsive. We are looking forward to come back soon.
