Our room was silent throughout the night, air-conditioning was provided, and we were impressed by the quality of the furnishings. The staff were extremely thoughtful and courteous, at breakfast our eggs were made to our own specifications, and on both nights the dinner went above and beyond our expectations. Utterly delicious.

Hotel Hollerbusch in Weimar features a shared lounge and garden. The property offers room service and luggage storage space. We loved the breakfast options, from healthy to hearty and even a little decadent. Coffee, pastries and fruit were available all day and they were homemade, what a delight. The seating in the dining rooms was very comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. There was a large library and a bar. We had family in from outside of Weimar, that came and brought us a cake it was so easy to get plates forks and coffee for us to sit outside in the garden with our family. It felt just like home! Our room was lovely with two comfortable armchairs with a footstool and a splendid view of parts of Weimar. the bed was luxurious with plenty of pillows to choose just the right one. The bathroom had a large rain head shower and everything you needed was provided, with a touch of elegance. The hotel had an elevator which is important for some of us.We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. There were a lot of extras too many to mention. When it was time for us to leave we did not want to go, we are definitely planning a trip back to the hotel Hollerbusch. We want to thank the Hollerbusch Team for an exceptional experience and we are looking forward to seeing you again kind regards Vic and Isa

Breakfast is memorable in a beautiful dining room overlooking the charming little town with all the "doll like" houses. Amazing! We also got upgraded to the Goethe room which was a sign as we visited all the Goethe museums plus the nature walks in this visit!!
