House doesn't look great from the outside but is 100% renovated inside. Nobody at reception you need to do everything yourself using digital passwords. The curtains didn't block the light in the morning, so I had difficulties to sleep long. Very good breakfast.

It's a nice place with a very amicable owner. The house self is rather compact, but there are all essentials available. Very beautiful sunsets and night sky full of stars, very quiet, divine and restorative. Great garden! Sauna use is for an extra fee. We drove by car to Kolkja (one of the Old Believers villages & museum), Alatskivi castle and park, Tartu (places to eat out: Kampus, Cafe Truffe, Polpo - all in the city centre and Aparaat in the former industrial area, now art district), and to absolutely stunning Kauksi beach. The grocery shops are max 10 min drive away, also locals are selling fresh vegetables, honey and smoked fish near almost every supermarket and along the road. Repellent is a must in Peipsi lake area.
