Vihula Manor Country Club & Spa is a hidden treasure on the northern coast of Estonia, in the pristine Lahemaa National Park close to the Baltic Sea. Excellent hotel, the best on my 2 week trip through the Baltics. Beautiful estate, very good restaurant, nice park, great service and in one of the top regions of Estonia.

Palmse
Ämmamoori Maja - Mother-in-Law's House in Palmse provides accommodations with a garden and barbecue facilities. There's a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. It is located in a very calm and nice village in the middle of forest, the house and facilities are perfect and the owner is very warm.
Käsmu
Käsmu Holiday House features free WiFi and views of sea in Kasmu. This property also provides guests with a small terrace. All guest rooms at the inn are fitted with a seating area and a reading lamp.... There were 8 of us. Nicely divided for privacy between the genders. Big dinner table where we could work and eat together. Ample parking.
Kolga-Aabla
Set in Kolga-Aabla, Aablaranna Puhkemaja offers accommodations with a flat-screen TV. The property consists of 3 different houses with double rooms. 1) The hosts were very nice and very responsive; moreover, it was nice that they live on the property. 2) Incredibly nice showers, and sauna looked to be good as well (although we did not try it. 3) Clean, well kept, and with an extremely comfortable bed. 4) Located in a pretty part of the country. The nearby shorelines is very nice. Background note concerning responses in this review: There are three rental cottages on the premises; we were in #2. The others looked to be similar size, but we don't know whether everything in our response would apply accurately to them.
Vergi
Vergi puhkemajad provides a sauna and air-conditioned accommodations in Vergi. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking, and free Wifi. Really amazing location and extremely cozy house.
Käsmu
Sinisalu Apartments is a private holiday house located in the beautiful village of Käsmu, known among Estonians as “Captain’s Village”. I would have loved to stay longer! Mae and her husband offer wonderful accommodations in a magical setting. My too short time there is a highlight of my trip to Estonia. Thank you for such a warm welcome, great tips, and delightful stay!!
Käsmu
Located at the seaside in the Lahemaa National Park and surrounded by beautiful greenery, Merekalda Apartment offers self-catering accommodations in apartments. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available. Merekalda is in a good location just on way into the village of Kasmu. The apartments are set in a lovely garden overlooking the sea. I would really recommend the Apartment with Terrace - Seafront as you have lovely views and 2 sitting areas to choose from. The view of the sunrise from the bedroom is spectacular. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with cooking facilities (two ring cooker and microwave) and a large bathroom. The only thing missing was an oven, but we were not eating in much so that didn't affect us. The owners live on the grounds so they are there if you need anything or have any questions. We hired bikes and cycled in the local forest and into nearby Vosu. If you are looking for a relaxed holiday in a peaceful and comfortable setting, then it would be hard to beat Merekalda!
Pärispea
Featuring a garden, Tiny Cozy House features accommodations in Pärispea. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Staff on site can arrange a shuttle service. The property is accessible by public bus from Tallinn, there are 2-3 a day. Nearest grocery shop is quite a distance, so you need to bring all your food with you. There are some great walks along the coast, that is a few hundred metres away along a path. The house is essentially one room with a bunk bed, a fantastic open fire, basic electric cooking facilities and a shower area. Unfortunately during my stay (April) the water that is supplied to the house by a hosepipe froze . There is a shower in the place but I couldn't use it as the water was frozen. The owners brought me buckets of water to wash myself / dishes etc. They also supplied bottled water to drink. The earth toilet facilities are outside in a nearby shed. There's also plenty of pre-chopped firewood. Overall a great place to stay, I enjoyed my visit but I don't think it would suit everybody.

This cozy and well- organized guesthouse in located in the middle of Lahemaa National Park. The friendly and hospitable staff provides free maps and all info necessary to visit the interesting places around. Free tea and coffee are served 24/7 in the lobby. The rooms are big, the wifi connection is excellent. They have their own parking in front of the building. It is the best property I slept on my Estonian trail - highly recommended!
Great place, that has everything you need: good food (breakfast is surreal), leisure (Viinistu Art Museum is 50 meters from hotel) and rest (nature around is beatiful - Lahemaa National Park).
Very nice hotel with beautiful territory, good breakfast Close to Lahemaa National Park For sure will stay here again
Cousy cottage with all you need. Beautiful nature near and silent peaceful vibe! Lovely host :) well be back someday!
amazing location. beautiful, quiet, well maintained
Beautiful country property, by the river, only 1km from sea. Very friendly owner. Quiet old village, beaches and forest to walk around. We stayed at larger apartment with fantastic library. The apartment has huge windows, it was clean and cozy. Over the road was forest trail, I had a morning walk to pick up the blueberries.
The host was very nice and we had a great time here!
Wonderful farmhouse stay, tidy and cozy facilities, very kind and helpful hostess.
great bedroom, quiet and spacious. Great meal at the local inn and a short walk to the local Manor House. Really friendly staff.
Great location, friendly staff, facilities, coffee vending machine on site, vending machine where you can buy slippers, toothbrush and so on. Corner for kids was lovely.
The owners were so extremely helpful and full of information, we learnt so much while here. The restaurant food was delicious and well priced. Our accommodation had everything we needed and more, comfortable and warm which is very important in the winter. If I was to come back to the area, I would most definitely be staying here again.
Lovely old house in Lahemaa NP, a good starting point to explore the park. Anne is a very friendly and warm host. She is also a good cook, breakfast and dinner were extensive and very taste.
Good, beautiful location near beach. Quiet in the woods. Comfortable bed.
We spent an idyllic two weeks of holiday there. I admire the work the hosts put into maintaining the property. The house is reminiscent of the homes of our grandmothers and grandfathers. Nevertheless, we were able to spend a comfortable holiday there with two young children. The kitchen, although small, was well equipped and allowed us to prepare meals. We did not lack anything in the bathroom either. The hosts have thought of all the details. Our flat was also very spacious. Plus a huge backyard with access to the shoreline. Although there is no standard playground, our children were not bored for a moment and did not want to leave. Opposite the flat is the only shop in the area. The owners also run a seasonally open atmospheric café. The surrounding area is also very beautiful. One sandy beach can be reached on foot, the other is about 5 minutes away by car. We recommend this place to everyone.
It is our family’s favourite place to spend a lovely seaside vacation. We’ve stayed at Leesi puhkemaja for three times already and it has been a delight every time. The owners have a lovely little cafe next to the holiday house as a bonus.
