All produce was fresh, local and perfectly presented. Bread freshly baked and hot. The service was way above the norm from the receptionist Emanuele. I had some work things that I needed hotel assistance on. He could not have been more helpful. More importantly I wanted flowers for my partner. He had them sorted wirh a phonecall. He dropped them to the room with candles bath salt and essences together with a hotel gift of a bottle of Prosecco. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels across the world but Emanueles customers service was as good if not better than the best of them 5 stars for VSpa.
