The food is amazing. Service was really good. They called to know if you needed anything. The food was fast not delays. The hotel staff are very pleasant. Hotel is at the center of everything and easy to get to. Guest relations supervisor was really helpful. Overall we loved out stay!

Other staff (reception, restaurant) are so nice, friendly and kind, who can help anything you need.

The first thing to say about the Blue Scarab is the wonderful staff, they have been so kind and accomodating. They are friendly, kind, nd can't do enough for you. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed facilities and the view from the room! I still cannot believe that I could see the pyramids and the sphinx from my bed!! Room 302. Breakfast was superb and plentiful. The breakfast is served on the hotel roof terrace where the view is even better and for a bonus we were able to watch and listen to the Sound and Light show for free! It's literally next door. The hotel also arranged our tours, with a private ac car and a wonderful guide, in English, Hanan, she was superb. Would highly recommend. Thank you everyone at Blue Scarab for making our time in Giza so enjoyable.

The hotel is really beautiful and also super clean. Our room was comfortable and the furniture was modern and cool. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Nadja, the front office lady. The 4 floor “hike” is definitely worth the view, not to mention breakfast, which was delicious.

The breakfast is really amazing. I will repeat the visit again in the near future. I recommend it.
