Manager Aladdin goes out of his way to make sure you feel happy, he offers a generous complimentary breakfast, free laundry service, at one stage he even organized the house delivery of a few bottles of beer for me. Wow! And finally he also organized a private early morning transfer to the airport.

I been living in this hotel for a month and honestly I never had any issues but good surprises. Whenever I am entering the resort I am greeted with smiley faces and beautiful cats! Say Hi to Omar and the rest of the staff from me. Room service is always available which is great.
