Best hotel I have ever been to period. The attention to every single detail of your visit is unbelievable. The decoration is really nice, the interior style is very modern and clean, there is a nice pool and a well stocked bar. The food is amazing and so are the wines. Lots of local ingredients are used and Romain and Marta will tell you all the stories behind the dishes. Furthermore they will help you to find local activities and tell you a bit about the charming town and the origin of the hotel. You can relax at the swimming pool with an excellent cocktail or whatever drink you prefer. Rooms are nice and cool because of geothermic floor cooling, so you will wake up refreshed to an superb breakfast with barista quality coffee made for you by Romain. You will feel welcome and very, very spoiled from the beginning to the end. Could not recommend this more.

It does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The modern aesthetics in a rustic environment were remarkable. I especially enjoyed the view of the magnificent sunset towards the church. The breakfast was wide-ranging, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Το Hotel Boutique Maribel βρίσκεται στο Alquézar, στην άκρη του φυσικού καταφυγίου Sierra de los Cañones de Guara της Αραγονίας. This hotel was great! The room was nice and the view was perfect. The bath tub was a great touch but what made this place so great was the breakfast. WOW. Perfect breakfast to start your active day and some of the best coffee I've ever had. The customer service of the entire property was spot on and although they didn't have an iron, the owner offered to take my shirt to his house to Iron and bring back the next day. I couldn't be happier with my stay and will be back soon!

Our hosts, Marta & Sergio, were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view through which we could see the lovely village of Alquezar. The queen size bed was perfectly comfortable. Meals were beautifully prepared and served in the dining room with a city view. All the food was sourced from nearby farms. There is also a large patio available for dining. We'd only planned an over-night stay but remained for 3 days due to the charm of the village and the activities available. There is a (maybe 3 mile) loop hike by the river and another hike to see bronze-age petroglyphs. Our stop at the Hotel Vinoteca was one of the highlights of our 3-week trip through southern France and northern Spain.

It is a great advantage that the hotel has its own parking lot and parking house. Alquèzar is a fascinating place to visit. We would stay here again.
