The staff are absolute perfection and well deserving of 5 stars. They helped us with everything we needed very promptly and were always smiling. The property is in a nice location very near to the park and tram or walk to city center in about 15 min or less. We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool and hot tub. It was very peaceful and room well soundproof. Breakfast was extremely high quality and I’m really going to miss it. Thanks again to the fantastic staff for a great stay!

What I like about it is that the room has 2 bathrooms, perfect for 3 people and/or a family of 4. Love the location as well. The host/manager of the hotel was accommodating, gave informative suggestions about Biarritz and helpful with our request. Overall, we had an amazing stay. 😍

What an interesting little hotel. Every inch is fascinating and the hotel is a destination in itself. My room was modern with all amenities you could want or need. One entire wall with a mural of Venice (which bears some resemblance to the homes on the canal in Castres). I believe every room is different but I suspect equally charming. The service was great, I had trouble finding the hotel and they actually came out to find me when I was stuck down the street and didn’t know how to turn my car around :). Highly recommend a stay here!
