Hotel Chatini exceeded our expectations: It combined comfortable accommodation, stunning mountain views, delicious cuisine, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mestia. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive hotel owner Tatia who made us feel right at home. She was very helpful and patiently answered all of our questions, she prepared lunch for us and she was amazing when our flight was cancelled, helping to find an alternative route. The rooms at Hotel Chatini were comfortable, and tastefully decorated, ensuring a pleasant stay. The highlight for us was the amazing mountain views we could enjoy right from our balcony.

And most importantly the staff are very kind and considerate, they even arranged a surprise anniversary setup in our room and let us leave our luggages after checkout. We had a really memorable stay.

Situated in Mestia, 850m from Museum of History and Ethnography, Latour Mestia features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a garden. the hotel is very comfortable and clean. The very best thing that impressed me is the owner. There are so kind and helpful. I got a problem with my rental car and they were always help me and always support me. If you stay here you will see their friendly and genuine service like you’re staying with your family. I can guarantee you that you will not disappointed choosing this lovely place.

The Hotel Gistola deserves its 5 stars! How to get there: Mestia is approx. 210 km from the airport in Kutaisi. There are numerous ways to get there by minibus. We chose the convenient option and had the hotel driver pick us up at the airport; travel time 5-6 hours depending on the season. The airport shuttle was very well organized. This applies to all communication in the run-up to the trip. Questions are answered quickly. The staff speak (and write) English. The location in Mestia: The hotel is on the edge of the town, just 5-10 minutes' walk to the center. If you don't feel like walking after long hikes or skiing days, the hotel offers a free transfer to the center. Trips into the mountains or to the Tetnuldi ski area can be organized. The rooms: Either with a view of the mountains or the village with its towers (all rooms with balcony). The rooms are newly furnished and very spacious. This also applies to the bathroom. The beds are of super quality and large. Comfortable armchairs in the room, plus a table. The housekeeping crew is simply great; towels are changed daily. In terms of cleanliness, there really isn't the slightest complaint. The hotel has a large pool (free of charge) and a private sauna (for a fee). Both facilities are very spacious and we highly recommend using them. The staff at reception (and some in the restaurant) speak fluent English. Requests are fulfilled gladly and in a friendly manner; the atmosphere in the hotel could not be better. The breakfast is very varied and absolutely meets European standards. Exception: Caviar is rather rare here in Germany (even in good hotels). The moderately priced restaurant is characterized by a large selection of international and local dishes. Here too, 5 stars! We were in Mestia at the end of the winter season (end of March).

Objekat Hotel Old House Mestia, koji je smešten u gradu Mestija, na 16 min. This is a wonderful hotel that combines ancient architecture with new and modern rooms. My room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, new, and had an incredible mountain view from the window. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful and convenient places in Mestia. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the main street and very close to the Margiani Museum. The hotel has its own restaurant, which probably serves the most delicious food in Mestia. The breakfasts were very tasty and filling. The hostess Nini was extremely responsive, friendly, and quickly helped with solving any, even the smallest, issue. And she also sings Svan and Georgian songs beautifully, which creates a special atmosphere surrounded by the ancient walls of the hotel. Also, large Svan-Italian dog named Masi lives in the hotel, whose presence has a therapeutic effect on the guests. So, to wraping it up, if you appreciate authenticity, warm human communication, excellent cuisine, and modern comfort - this hotel is for you. I will definitely come back here again."
