Apartman poseduje sve sto je potrebno za ugodan i udoban boravak! Prostran je, u svakoj prostoriji se nalazi klima uredjaj koji je neophodan u letnjim danima. Na odlicnoj je lokaciji, par minuta hoda do plaze…sa pekarom u prizemlju zgrade i supermarketom u blizini. Topla preporuka svim turistima koji zele da posete Rethymno! Mi smo uzivali!

The hostess was very frendly and helpful. We also had a very large balcony with a great view. Breakfast was awesome, the outside seating was beautiful with a great view of the water.

First I have to say I am not a resort type of person. I came for the end of school of my 15 year old son and becouse of him. He said 5/5 specially becouse of outdoor training with a fitness master and table tennis lessons and other amneties and food and room and pool and beach and hotel :) I can personally add in short.. everything here is very nice... but staff.... staff is really exceptional. On all levels. Very very kind. One of a kind experience. Uff yes, and food as well. For sure I will come back and I will reccomend Grecotel to my friend as well.

The staff was very helpfull in finding us a cab and not only that. Many thanks to the reception sfaff. The room was very nice and the pool area as well.

We chose this resort because it had a wonderful sandy beach area for swimming and an included water park for the kids. Because the water park is private to the resort, the lines were very short even during our peak season visit, so each day my kids had their fill within 1.5 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the beach and pools. Since the location is very remote, the all-inclusive package/meals made everything so easy. We found the food to have lots of variety and great quality. Our room was at the very back of the resort, next to the water park, but we still had sweeping sea views, and everything on the property was kept beautifully clean at times.

Nice location. Everyone was super nice. Starting from the owner Mr. Michalis, The front desk crew Nikos and Dimitris and Yiannis the driver. I left Regina last cause she was phenomenal. Her demeanor and polite attitude was above and beyond. Good rooms. Excellent food and plenty of choices and the wait stuff at the restaurant and bar all were fantastic. The all inclusive food was spectacular, especially Greek Night! The servers were very friendly and picking up dirty plates and refilling drinks promptly.

This was an oasis of a place. The most gorgeous hotel I have ever stayed in. From its history to the service to the seriously oppressive beauty of this place, it was almost too much to bear. The hotel is surrounded by nature and gorgeous greenery and so it smells incredible. I kept telling myself all my senses were overwhelmed. The rooms were quiet and the beds so comfortable. I slept so deeply and I normally have terrible insomnia... It was so hard to leave. Depressing actually. This place is like art came to live and you are living in it. Its beauty is captivating and warm. I loved the amazing hike you can do from the Arkady Monastery to the hotel. You can arrange with the hotel to be dropped off at monastery and then you hike back thru gorgeous paths and gorges. Breathtaking views and private. The staff at the hotel offered world class service and attention. They were wonderful and so easy to talk to and happy to assist with any request. The breakfast was a bounty of delicious fresh locally-sourced healthy foods. Overall, this was an unbelievable experience. This hotel should be in everyone’s bucket list. Sve je bilo odlicno, uvek nasmejano osoblje hotela, sobe su svaki dan cistili, posteljinu i peškire su menjali na 2-3 dana. Hrana je bila dobra, za rucak i veceru je uvek bila riba, pasta sa plodovima mora, salata od hobotnice… pacetina, zecetina, svinjsko, jagnjeće meso…. bilo je za svačiji ukus, salata raznih. Kolači, voc, sladoled. Plaža je na pet minuta hoda, blizu je autobuska stanica, kafici i restorani i market, sve je jako blizu. Za novac koji smo platili dobili smo i više nego sto smo ocekivali. Vino i pivo su dostupni na tocilicama od 10h do 23h, kome je slabo ili nije odgovarajućeg ukusa ima u market, pa može da kupi odlična bela vina za 4-6, pivo je oko 1-2 evra. Sokovi, kafa, čaj, voda…. Ništa nam nije manjkalo, imali smo odličan odmor. Sigurno ćemo doći ponovo.

We had a very enjoyable time at Villa Maris! Communication with our wonderful host Christina was exceptional - advice on local restaurants and places to visit always forthcoming and superb. The villa is well furnished and has a nice little swimming pool. It's a great base to explore beaches or the mountains. What made our stay extra special were the gifts on arrival, wine and raki made by Christina's father, and other food gifts throughout our stay; thoroughly enchanting!

The best stay in Crete. We were in four different hotels while in Crete and Duo Suites was the best. The service was excellent. Chrysa was especially attentive and friendly. Everyone in this hotel made us feel as VIP guests. The food was delicious and cocktails were spectacular. Room service was timely and the best. Thank you and we will see you again.
