Superb apartment finished to high quality and spectacular views across Cavtat coast. Loved waking up, sitting on the balcony, and looking at the calm sea and latest yachts anchored up.

Everything you need is catered for. Like, they've left nothing out. The table of past guests' sunscreens, body washes and insect repellents was an environmentally conscious concept my wife and I loved, which also meant if you'd forgotten something, you didn't have to repurchase it. The bar is incredibly well-stocked and works on the honesty system with great prices. It was also lovely that we could arrange transfers to and from the airport despite our constantly-evolving itinerary. Loved the pool! Loved the location. And Trust Your Host when it comes to restaurant recommendations. Honestly, cut a few of your Dobrovnic nights out and stay here before you fly out.

The room was very clean and tidy, the owner was very kind and everything we asked for was given to us. The villa is approximately 7-10 minutes to the center by short paths. There is a market and a bus stop nearby. A beautiful place with a beautiful atmosphere.❤️

We stayed here as we needed to take the first flight out from the airport nearby. We unexpectedly stumbled upon the quaint town of Cavtat which the host shared to us about. The room was great and has a spectacular view to the bay, which we spent our evening with some hot tea looking at the sunset. It is fairly hot during the evening so we had to wait until it had set a little.

My Host was so sweet. If I lived in Dubrovnik I would treasure her friendship The breakfast was the best ever in a Airbnb.

It was perfect! The view is awesome, the people friendly and the amenities were perfect for our family of 4. The owners can cook traditional food for you, and it’s so good. We will come back for sure!

Our experience was wonderful. The owner is incredibly friendly and offered valuable insights for exploring Dubrovnik. Convenient shaded parking is available. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away (downhill steps).

Jelica & Blaise were supberb hosts. Blaise collected us at the airport and Jelica was at the apartment to welcome us and show us around.The apartment was first class, about 15 minutes walk from the beautiful resort of Cavtat, across the bay from Dubrovnik. We had a small balcony with the most amazing views of the ocean where we could eat breakfast in the morning and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The pool and sunbathing area were excellant, so peaceful on the days we were not sightseeing.

Great location right across from a little swimming area where lounges could be rented for €6. Great views from the balcony (sunset!!), with another deck on the front side of the unit. 1.5 bathrooms, washing machine. Bedrooms were comfortable, very nice linens, kitchen was adequate for our needs, including a real coffee maker and other pots & pans in good condition. Parking available. Walking distance into Cavtat. Excellent value.

I would give this place a special star if it was possible. If I would recommend any place this would be the one. Owners are super nice people and the place is excellent, clean and beautiful.

The best part of the stay were stunning views! Probably you wouldn’t find apartment with a better sea view. Ivana is kind and helpful, resposes quickly for all questions. Swimming pool always clean with beautiful views (lighting it in the evenings would be a Good idea, since the water is the warmest then).

It was a beautiful experience to come to Cavtat, a wonderful place to stay, to enjoy the climate and culture. The old town of Dubrovnik is nearby, 20 minutes by local bus. The Apartments Villa Lukas are the top place to stay, with modern and cozy design, ultra-comfortable beds, and everything else one needs for a pleasant stay. They were also sparkling clean! The view was amazing, looking out at the sea and a sky full of stars. And it was quiet and great pleace to sleep peacefuly. The hosts are very kind, helpful, and generous. We fully recommend the Apartments Villa Lukas in Cavtat.
