Vogelkopf is a young resort nestled within a mangrove forest, with a jetty that extends out to a diverse and well kept house reef, at which we saw a dugong, trumpet fish, banner fish, clown fish, giant clams, and were also told you could see dolphins and turtles at the right time. The sunsets were outstanding and you could hear the songs of Imams echoing across the water (although the resort itself was protected from this noise). Our room was spacious and had great air conditioning. In particular, the bed was extremely comfortable. Vogelkopf is well furnished, and exactly like the pictures. We felt very comfortable and welcome, and ended up staying twice. The owners were very welcoming and helped organise us with a scooter, tour company and scuba dive group. Brezel was a great host and kindly helped us with phone difficulties, providing us with an SD card and aiding with international transfers. Corwyn and Pricilia also drove us into town to explore the local market and fresh produce and also kindly dropped us at the ferry at the end of our stay. Also, Frengklin is a fantastic chef and we always looked forward to our meals, which were included in the cost. This is was the best food we had in Raja Ampat. Special mention to staff Raka and Hadya, who had excellent spoken English and made us feel welcome.

Oh yes.. you will need to bring your own toiletries ie shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, it is not provided. I am okay with it as I always bring my own.

The location is perfect, you can walk to the Yembuba village, or even to Kri in low tide, the house reef is outstanding, food was delicious, super welcoming and friendly host, the room with terrace and direct access to the water

Thanks to Aron, the host, it was an exceptional experience during our stay. We've visited almost every location for snorkeling and diving on Raja Ampat (you should pay for the boat). We'd a very diverse menu and a true natural Papua environment.

El Terimakasih homestay se encuentra en Pulau Mansuar, en la región de Papúa Occidental, y ofrece terraza y vistas al mar. Este alojamiento familiar tiene jardín y estacionamiento privado gratuito. El precio era bueno comparado con otros homestay en Raja Ampat, y lo mismo para el precio de las excursiones y traslados. Nuestra habitación-cabaña era nueva con aire acondicionado y la cama muy cómoda. Baño exterior bien cuidado. La zona es espectacular con agua cristalina bajo la cabaña. El dueño y el personal fue super amable e hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Tienen barbacoa y cerveza. Volvería a ir sin duda, muy recomendable!!

El The Lodge Raja Ampat se encuentra a 600 metros de la playa de Saprokren y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, terraza y room service. I can’t even describe how much we loved this place. First, and the most important thing is that this is truly an eco lodge. Not only by name, but by actual actions and solutions the owner has implemented. I have never seen such wisdom and dedication when it comes to running place like that. You should come here to at least pick up Jack’s brain. He’s such an inspiration! Other than that, we have had the best food experience over there. We are vegan and they catered to our needs soo well. We could even pick the plants from their garden that we wanted to have in our meals. That was amazing! The lodge itself is very spacious, clean, has ensuited bathroom and overall is charming and beautiful. The whole place is run by amazing people, not only Jack but his entire family and staff members. Thank you so much for having us! We will definitely be back someday 😊

El TABARI DIVE LODGE se encuentra en Pulau Mansuar y ofrece vistas al mar, restaurante, recepción 24 horas, bar, jardín, parrilla y terraza. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y la comida era excelente. El personal un 10

El alojamiento se encuentra en Saonek, a 800 metros de la playa Waisai Torang Cinta. This is a homestay, basic room but extremely clean, Husna is an absolutely amazing person! Safe area, she gave us foot directions to a great dinner place. Husna has a wonderful place and is a great host. Great breakfast, refreshments throughout the day, a wealth of information about the area, flora and customs 😊.
