They had wonderful vegan options cooked by the main chef if you ask for them. The swimming pools outside were warmed, so during the winter it was great to swim outside. The outside jacuzzi and the water slides were fun for the whole family. The hotel is beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll be back again for sure!

Right by the northern beach, U Magic Palace is overlooking the lagoon and Eilat's famous marina. It is located in the hotel area, close to Eilat's attractions. Free WiFi is available throughout. The hotel was very accomodating for sabbath observers! They had everything you needed (shul, shabbat candles, wine etc.) They even set up menorahs for all those who wanted to light. They were really amazing and went above and beyond. Its also family friendly and they had a play room for kids which was amazing! They even sent us gifts, it was really nice of them, they came around and said hello and asked us if we needed anything. We had a great time.

The location is convenient, there are shops nearby, a bakery that is open even on Saturdays, the beach is a 20-minute walk away. There is parking behind the hotel, there were no problems with places. In the lobby of the hotel there is a coffee machine, as well as tea, water, milk - all drinks are free. There is also an electric kettle in the room. Also there were safe box and mini fridge in the room. The room was clean, nicely decorated, new sanitary ware, snow-white towels and linen. The room was very cozy and quiet. Comfortable bed. We are very satisfied with the choice of hotel! The hotel is worth every shekel paid here. Separately, I want to thank the staff - very good service, employees are always ready to help and advise. We had a great vacation!
