A rave review for the Laxa Hotel!!!! Best food during our two-week Ring Road drive, lovely room, friendly and helpful staff. Our stay here was perfection! (We are on the waiting list for next year!!!)

This hotel is situated on Lake Myvatn, 3.3 km from Myvatn Nature Baths. A number of amenities including a bar and free WiFi are featured. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Centrally located to all the things around Mývatn Lake. Nice staff. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious.

Situated by Lake Myvatn, this hotel offers WiFi . All rooms feature a TV and private bathroom. Skútustaðagígar natural site is 2 minutes’ walk away. This was the best hotel we stayed in Iceland. The free amenities (Sauna, Hot tub, pool billiard, bathrobe, flip flops, etc.) and the free breakfast were just great. The room was modern and spacious. The northern lights wake up call is a wonderful free service (we didn't have any luck though). The location is incredible across from a volcano walking trail. Seriously, we were so excited when we saw what the hotel offers for such little money (in March). Will definitely stay here again when I return. Thank you!

The family-run Vogafjos Guesthouse is set in a unique natural environment on the eastern shore of Lake Myvatn. It offers rooms with a patio and free Wi-Fi. Very nice accommodation in a quite area, homemade breakfast, all ingredients comes from local farm.

Located within 2.6 km of Myvatn Nature Baths, Birkilauf in Myvatn has a number of amenities, including lake and mountain views. If I could give more than 10, I would happily do it. It was a fantastic apartment. I was a bit hesitant about shared kitchen initially. But it was absolutely fine. It was huge and exceptionally clean, had loads of utensils and cooking equipment. A full size dishwasher. So they have set up the kitchen in a way that multiple people can cook same time. They also come every morning to clean and reset the kitchen. They also give free supplies like breads, tomato, butter, oils etc. Washing machine came in very handy as this was day 7 of our Iceland trip when we stayed in Birkilauf. Rooms are very nice, neat and clean. Bathroom also looks newly done up Location is very close to all main areas like Hverir geothermal, Hverfjall Volcano and Dimmuborgir and lake Myvatn. Overall everything was great. Highly recommend.

Overlooking Lake Mývatn, this camping site offers cottages with wooden floors, a private bathroom and a terrace. The hotel provides good service with helping the clothes washing. And u could easily pick up in the day. Soooo nice!

Objekat Slow Travel Mývatn - Þúfa - Private Homestay je smešten u gradu Mivatn, u regiji Severni Island i nudi balkon i pogled na planinu. Everything about this homestay was amazing, the location ,bird sanctuary, amazing colours of the plants all around the house, Beautifully decorated inside and out, you could not but love staying in this beautiful homestay, We had beautiful freshly baked bread waiting when we arrived, This is a must stay if you are visiting Myvatn, There was 4 of us staying and we all loved loved it, Lovely balcony.

Objekat Myvo The Studio apartment at Geiteyjarströnd 4 nudi vrt i pogled na vrt, a smešten je u gradu Rejkjahlid, na 8,9 km od znamenitosti Prirodna kupatila Myvatn i 48 km od znamenitosti Vodopad... The location was excellent and the view of the lake was stunning. The suite was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the washing machine.
