Excellent staff and service. Check in is allowed till 9.30pm you just have to call and inform the staff beforehand. Rooms are extremely spacious and very clean. You have a nespresso machine and kettle.in room. Heating is nothing short of perfection. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was superb.very many vegan and vegeterian options. Highly recommended.

Luxury beds and power showers are offered at Hótel Egilsen. Baldur Ferry Terminal and boats to the West Fjords and Flatey island are 300 metres away. Wi-Fi is free. Perfect nice old hotel, also the staff was really friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast, but we still got free coffee and croissants.

Great location in town with easy self check in. The room was spotless and very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and having the fridge and microwave was a plus. Great price. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic . The best hotel in our stay in Iceland. The natural scenery around the hotel is breathtaking. The food from the restaurant is amazing ! You can leave the hotel and walk near the ocean in various beautiful trails . We had a great night sleep ! The famous black church is just a few steps away from the hotel.
