They were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Their warm hospitality made a significant positive impact on my experience.

Friendly, very helpful and they easily make you feel at home. Fortuna went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, safe and loaded with the information needed. Location is walking distance to the sea and promenade and right across the US Consulate, which is very ideal for people who need their services. Fortuna was also very helpful even when we were not at their premises and needed a taxi service (which was several times). We just called her and she arranged everything for us everytime. Accomodation might not look so modern from the outside, but definietly on of the best i found and seen from the inside. Modern, extremely clean and very cosy :) i will highly recommend and will definitely visit again Fortuna and the rest of the team in the near future.

Surrounded by the Campania countryside and overlooking Mount Vesuvius, Il Nido Sorrento is a 10-minute drive from Sorrento. It offers free Wi-Fi and a free summer shuttle to the city centre. The views were magnificent! The staff especially the lovely man working in reception, I’m sorry we didn’t get his name, we’re incredibly helpful and accommodating. The shuttle service is so helpful as the hotel is quite far from the town of Sorrento but the views and shuttle access make up for this. The breakfast was much better than we were expecting.

Pino with all the staff were super helpful and friendly. The restaurant offers delicious food in a beautiful garden. Our room was also nice and clean. There is a convenient parking for cars. You can get a shuttle bus to go to Amalfi or Positano. Totally recommend.
