Hotel Relais Des Glaciers - Adults Only is in the centre of Champoluc, right next to a bus stop and 5 minutes from the ski area. It offers a spa, Wi-Fi internet and free parking. The location and facilities were great, but what made the greatest difference was that every single member of staff seemed to care about making our stay perfect.

What an exceptional customer service and accommodation! Me and my friend stayed here for few days, including pretty heavy snow storm. Our car was stranded and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us get to the village, including putting on our chains themselves. Rooms and spa are of high quality, decor is brand new and beautiful and breakfast was super rich. Amazing option for Champoluc area, we’ll be definitely back and make a tradition of staying here!

Fantastic stay all round at this family-run hotel; excellent location halfway up the mountain at Crest, ski-in/ski-out, warm, welcoming and helpful staff and great food (plenty of options, and plenty of food (local cuisine)!). The rooms looked like they had been recently refurbished, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We woke up to a view of the sun rising over the mountains and the ski slopes from our bedroom window each morning - unbeatable.

The Genzianella Hotel is situated about 1km away from the Frachey lift, so the location is excellent for skiing. The room was warm and clean. Gianpaolo was the best host ever, he was always very nice, responsive and helpful. I really had a great time here. P.S. I found the “cook it yourself” breakfast amazing, it really made you feel like home.
