The peoperty is very comfortable especially the rooms were amazingly devided! The bathtub with mountainview was devine. The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

Very good location for ski in and out ! Room was excellent , very clean ,comfortable ,luxurious Breakfast : many kind of food , so delicious Onsen 's very good too

The room, much to our surprise was quite spacious for Japanese standards! Even Danny had a laugh with us about it! Convenience. Right next to a 7-Eleven. And also not far away from restaurants and supermarkets in Kutchan.

The best accomodation in Hirafu,Niseko. The Hotel Management is outstanding in terms of catering their services to us as their Guests. We feel very welcome and the customer service is top-notch, warm and personable. From the time we arrived at the airport to sending us off upon check out. We greatly appreciated the free Sansui Hotel service shuttle. Truly one of the most relaxing vacation we ever had since they arranged everything for us including booking for restaurants, spa and they'd also gladly assisted us to where we could possibly visit some other places for sightseeing/day tours around Niseko. We can't wait to be back soon. Thank you to the Amazing Staff of Sansui Hotel Niseko most especially to Miss Tara.

El Hotel Resort Inn Niseko está situado a 3 km de la estación de tren JR de Niseko y a 5 minutos en coche de la estación de esquí de Niseko Village. The property was immaculately presented, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the facilities, particularly the Japanese bathroom with the hot bath and the amazing views were wonderful.

It’s walking distance from Grand Hirafu Ski Resort! The staff took care of us… they have a really good breakfast. Baked Pizza and Curry soup are one my favourites :) They have a free coffee vending machine for the guests which includes matcha latte :) We stayed in a family suite and it was big and comfortable :) the view was awesome!
