Good location very near to the JR Tsuruhashi Station Exit 4 take the lift and go up then turn right 30 meters only. Closed to 7-eleven and Family mrt in a walking distance. Self-check in and check out are very convenient and we can leave our luggage at the hotel lobby by ourselves as they provide cable lock for us. Rooms are very clean and beds for all people are very comfortable.

The western breakfast is very nice with many choices. Spacious bunkbeds room and shared bathroom is spotless.

Comfy beds, clean rooms. Large choice for breakfast. Really nice views of the river and the park on the other side.

Ideally located in the Osaka Bay district of Osaka, Hotel Universal Port Vita is a 4-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan, 4 km from Osaka Bay Tower and 6 km from Tempozan Ferris Wheel. property is very clean, and staff is very friendly and approachable, it is pretty close to USJ and right across the hotel is the train station so its very convenient to travel around osaka, hotel already provided almost everything they even provided essence, facial wash and cleanser, bath tub is very clean and spacious unlike other hotels in japan which you need to curl up to fit in, overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel, highly recommended!

It was centrally located close to everything that we wanted to see. It was within walking distance to Osaka Castle and close to the metro. We had our own little neighbourhood park which was full of Cherry trees in full bloom for our entire stay. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful.

Even If it was a lil far from what we needed, they had a bus that brought you to Osaka station for free, also you have in the entrance always different kind of Cabs/Taxis so you can go around, we were 5 and was hard to get a taxi for us, Hotel always had one for 6 people.

This hotel exceeded my expectations greatly! Friendly staff, daily room cleaning services, delicious breakfast buffet and super close to a train station, honestly what else can you ask for ? They have everything!! And it’s not too expensive either! Very good value of money if you’re travelling with a group.
