I felt like I am a movie star in an old italian film :) Fabulous little hotel at the central town square! I loved arhitecture of the hotel and old style bilinds on the windows - "škure"! Marko was a great host. He recomended boat excursion which was fantastic! He has helped a lot on my way to Virpazar suggesting best directions. Ladies working at the reception and in a restaurant were very nice and polite. They have recomened little antique exibition at the attic of the hotel. My best recommendations for Pelikan hotel!

Boasting accommodation with a pool with a view, pool view and a patio, Lake Valley is situated in Virpazar. Our stay at Lake Valley was wonderful! Houses are as beautiful as on pictures! Our apartment was very clean and fully equipped, beds very comfterable. Brekfast was great! Milo, our host, was the best! He is kind and highly professional. He gave us all the information we needed. We had a problem with our car and he arranged everything for us. I can say, that he is one of the best persons in hospitality industry we met during our stay Montenegro.

Ethno house OSOBAK has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Virpazar, 2.6 km from Lake Skadar. The family and garden were the highlight! We were given a very interesting tour of the orchard and vegetable garden via Google translate and enjoyed meeting the whole family including the lovely dogs. Unfortunately we were ill overnight so weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast but the dinner was lovely and the owners looked after us very well. I enjoyed going back to visit the vineyards when feeling better.

Marko’s place was so special: beautiful location, close to the lake, with a view on the hills and the jingle of goat bells. Do yourself a favour and have dinner there your first night, you will not be disappointed. His mum’s cooking is *phenomenal*, yet to be beat by any restaurant in our eyes after a week in Montenegro. The grilled fish with Dalmatian potatoes and the smoked fish were so good we took the leftovers up to have for lunch the next day. And his homemade wine is genuinely excellent! And the breakfast! Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. And if you want to do a boat tour, Marko has you covered with a delicious picnic to boot.

We had an amazing time visiting Virpazar and Lake Skadar thanks to the folks at Jocker! Vezko, Sneza and their family are some of the warmest people you'll meet. They welcomed us with homemade juice and wine, recommended us nice places to visit in the area, and even helped us with an issue we had with our car. We got to enjoy Sneza's delicious cooking (with their son Luka's fresh caught carp) on their patio overlooking the lake, and see the sunrise and pelicans over Lake Skadar with Luka taking us on his boat. Absolutely recommend staying here if visiting Virpazar!!

Offering barbecue facilities and quiet street view, Green Field Apartments is situated in Virpazar, 1.8 km from Lake Skadar and 27 km from Port of Bar. Gorgeous stay located near lake skadar. We absolutely loved our night in the apartment. The apartment was small but split up nicely and had all that we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed having meals out on the balcony which had a stunning view of the mountains. The scenery is so quaint and relaxing.

Situated 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Lakeview Apartments Anđela offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden and barbecue facilities. Super nice host, who cooked lovely dinner and breakfast for us. We enjoyed as well the room which was very spacious and clean with nice equipment and a beautiful balcony.

Featuring mountain views, Apartments Nino Skadar lake features accommodation with balcony, around 7.8 km from Lake Skadar. Offering a garden, the property is located within 33 km of Port of Bar. The hosts were very helpful even before we arrived. We had a puncture on route to the property and the host came and collected us and our bags from the roadside. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was simple but good. We were made to feel welcome, what else can you want. Almost forgot to mention the very good home produced wine.
