La Maison d'Eté Hotel by NEWMARK heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een bar in Poste Lafayette. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating as well as courteous and professional. After a very long flight, we were very tired and were lucky to be able to check in an hour earlier. Staff at the reception made us feel welcome since the minute we walked in. Then we needed a day to unwind and Spa was the place to go. Special shout out to Ritika. We used the spa a good few times throughout our stay and it offers a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. Their signature massage is chakra massage and I highly recommend it. We had a minor issue with the room and once reported, the hotel staff took action immediately and as an apology, they upgraded us to a superior room. The food was delicious. Everything we tried, tasted really good. Initially I did not book all inclusive as I thought that I would eat out most of the times but it was the opposite, we ended having food mainly at the hotel because it was that good. I chose this hotel because I did not want to stay at a busy resort and it was the right decision. I also liked the beach as it was quite good for snorkelling. All in all, this place was just perfect for my needs and highly went above my expectations.

Our junior suite was clean and spacious and conveniently located next to a swimming pool. The hotel is 25 years old, but it is kept in a pristine condition. There are a lot of top-class amenities and a number of high-quality restaurants — we liked every dish we had during our stay. Both swimming pools are exceptional, and there is a wine cellar and a sauna. Above all, we enjoyed a library. You literally have to go for One&Only, which is in a totally different price range, to (slightly) beat Prince Maurice when it comes to the quality of the facility. Senior staff members in WhatsApp concierge service (such as Imtiaz, Yash and Phoung) are qualified and helpful with reservation of restaurants and activities. When our return flight was cancelled due to a strike, they managed to prolong our stay for one night — despite a short notice and low availability during high season. We specifically looked for a hideaway resort, hence we enjoyed the distant location of Prince Maurice and absolute silence at nights. Those looking for nightlife and Mauritian street vibes should consider hotels located in the coastal towns.

Het Constance Belle Mare Plage strekt zich uit langs een 2 km privéstrand met koraalrif en biedt 7 restaurants en 6 bars. Geweldig hotel! Extreem goede service; als er iets is wordt het meteen geregeld. Enorm veel faciliteiten. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en ontbijtzaal is ruim, dus er is altijd plek. Mooi strand met voldoende strandbedjes. We zouden graag terugkomen!

Located in Belle Mare, SeaSense Boutique Hotel is a 5-star beachfront property with sea view rooms. The Adults-Only resort boasts a heated infinity swimming pool, a fitness center and a spa. Overtrof de verwachtingen, alles was perfect. Misschien enige feedback; de gym is niet voldoende uitgerust met materiaal. Maar dat terzijde, genoten van het verblijf. Er hangt een heerlijke rust en fijne sfeer. Subtiele muziek en aangename geuren maken het helemaal af!!

Facing the white-sand beach of Belle Mare, across the street, located along the preserved east coast, the Sunrise Attitude (Adults Only) hotel offers air-conditioned rooms. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik had een speciaal verzoek voor de laatste nacht van onze huwelijksreis en het personeel heeft er alles aan gedaan dit waar te maken. Wat ook erg prettig was, dat er geen kinderen aanwezig waren in het hotel en alles gericht was op verantwoordelijke volwassenen.

Het Tropical Attitude hotel ligt aan het strand in een tuin met palmbomen en er kunnen alleen volwassenen verblijven. Het biedt gratis boottochten naar het Île aux Cerfs. The room and the view were amazing, perfect retreat if you're looking for peace and privacy. Shoutout to the entire team for a great service!

Het Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel wordt omgeven door zandstranden en casuarina-bomen en ligt aan de rand van een lagune aan het strand. Het biedt kamers met airconditioning en uitzicht op de omgeving. The location of the hotel is perfect, it has the most beautiful beach just a few steps from the room. People are incredibly nice and friendly, always helpful, and really go the extra mile to make the guests happy. I got treated like a princess and the employees of this hotel are people I will never forget! Dj and live music at night were super nice. Many options for water sports and activities. I will definitely come back :)
