Very quiet and very peaceful! The sea view is truly mesmerizing all day long and has spectacular sunrises! We have even been so lucky to see humpback whales passing by daily at only 100 to 200 meters in front of the hotel! The restaurant is great, and the food is excellent with a great à-la-carte menu with enough options to choose from with even a 3-course menu that changes every day. As we have eaten in the restaurant every evening, we can vouch for the fact that the menu does not get boring. As stated by other guests, some dishes require paying a half board supplement, however that is completely appropriate as the quality is appropriate. The room cleaning staff is amazing with a tidy room every day. Next, whilst having dinner in the evening, the staff even refresh your room and bed + leaving a lovely local chocolate treat! But what stands out the most, that is the staff!!! What an amazing staff La Maison d'Eté Hotel has! Impeccable service, very kind and very helpful! It is due to the staff that this hotel is checking all the boxes! To all the staff, thank you for making our stay very memorable! From the hotel reception, Reema, being extra-ordinary polite and courteous, to the cleaning staff doing an outstanding job, the staff at the beach being very helpful to all the kind staff in the restaurant and bar! This tropical hideaway in Poste de Flacq offers luxurious air-conditioned suites and villas with Indian Ocean views. It has secluded beaches and the exclusive Le Barachois floating restaurant. Fantastic 5* resort! Our junior suite was clean and spacious and conveniently located next to a swimming pool. The hotel is 25 years old, but it is kept in a pristine condition. There are a lot of top-class amenities and a number of high-quality restaurants — we liked every dish we had during our stay. Both swimming pools are exceptional, and there is a wine cellar and a sauna. Above all, we enjoyed a library. You literally have to go for One&Only, which is in a totally different price range, to (slightly) beat Prince Maurice when it comes to the quality of the facility. Senior staff members in WhatsApp concierge service (such as Imtiaz, Yash and Phoung) are qualified and helpful with reservation of restaurants and activities. When our return flight was cancelled due to a strike, they managed to prolong our stay for one night — despite a short notice and low availability during high season. We specifically looked for a hideaway resort, hence we enjoyed the distant location of Prince Maurice and absolute silence at nights. Those looking for nightlife and Mauritian street vibes should consider hotels located in the coastal towns.

Stretching along 2 km of private beachfront and with an offshore coral reef, Constance Belle Mare Plage includes 7 restaurants and 6 bars. Nice sparse rooms with a good view. Everyday cleaning incl. preparing beds in evenings. The personnel was helpful and friendly. The restaurants are excellent with a very good food selection. The kids club was really good and our son (7y) enjoyed it.

Set along the white sandy beach on the East Coast of Mauritius in Belle Mare, The Residence offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. It features an outdoor swimming pool and spa centre with a sauna. The best thing of this hotel is the staff! Seeing in our travel period the occupancy was under 20% we stayed a week and a big thanks to all the staff.Without them no hotel no hotel is anything! We were greater daily by the breakfast team with a wonderful breakfast buffet! Many thanks to Julie,Yasmin,Jessica,Bandana and our Chef Moonsamy who probably makes the best omelette we have tasted! The evening restaurant team and bar always made sure everything was fine with a 5 star rotation buffet menu! Special thanks to the Chef Sanguy who always had a smile for us and a small story! The whole kitchen team was fabulous! The hotel has many features and we enjoyed the beaches there and the pool! The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping crew with the floor butler looked after everything perfectly! Front office staff were very professional with concierge and the gardeners look after the property so it was a pleasure to enjoy the nature! I can recommend this hotel to travelers who want to relax and enjoy sophisticated food and service! My wife and son will be back and thanks to all involved to make our week stay memorable!

Facing the white-sand beach of Belle Mare, across the street, located along the preserved east coast, the Sunrise Attitude (Adults Only) hotel offers air-conditioned rooms. Warm welcome. Pleasant staff. Cleanliness and hygiene very good. We had a feeling of being at home as the staff and services were very good. The room was very spacious as well as the recreation areas including the swimming pool and gym.

Offering free boat trips to Île aux Cerfs Island, Tropical Attitude is an adults-only, beachfront hotel in a garden with coconut trees. The room and the view were amazing, perfect retreat if you're looking for peace and privacy. Shoutout to the entire team for a great service!
