The chalet we were in was absolutely beautiful with everything you could need. It was exceptionally clean and had great amenities. The breakfast was an unexpected treat; eggs were served with fresh juice and fruit. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Location was beautiful and quiet.

The idea that the government specially build these high-quality home offices seems today a bit surprising, but makes sense when you consider the Afsluitdijk in that 1930's period as a global showcase of advanced civil engineering. Is that why the house, rooms and owners give you this royal feeling too?

However, if you want to stay in a unique place in a fantastic hotel where you will feel like you are in a 7-star hotel (no joke !!) then this is the perfect place for you. By entering this hotel, you are transported back in time to a home that can be associated with the warmth of a family place, where you are always welcome, where breakfast is not a quick meal before work, but a moment is spent in an incredibly cozy, warm place, where the meal itself is just an activity and the whole essence of the moment, where classic music is quietly sucked from the speakers, where you will feed your senses with the view of the decor, where you will get delicious coffee or tea served in exquisite porcelain .... The rooms are very spacious, cozy and clean. The owner of the hotel, the woman is always smiling, nice and charming, delicious scrambled eggs - a real work of art :) This hotel does not need to be advertised, here you only have to hope that you will find a free room for even a short stay :)

Hotel Marktstad er með líkamsræktarstöð, garð, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd í Schagen. Þetta 4 stjörnu hótel er með ókeypis WiFi, sameiginlegt eldhús og herbergisþjónustu. We enjoyed our 13 day long stay! The location was stunning, our room had a balcony looking out over a beautiful church. Around the hotel were lots of restaurants, cafes, and stores to shop at all in walking distance. The hotel also has a restaurant which we went to on our last night there, it's a surprise menu but we enjoyed it! The train station wasn't too far away either which was perfect for when we wanted to get to other cities during our stay. Checking in was easy and fast, so was checking out. The room was more spacious that expected which was nice.

The breakfast was lovely with lots of nice options! Big windows in our room gave us lots of light and good views. Very safe place to park our bikes for the night.

Hotel Lands End er nútímalegt og vel hannað en það er fullkomlega staðsett í innan við 20 metra fjarlægð frá sjónum. 3-stjörnu hótel. Cleaning,professional,location,friendly staff etc

Þessi fallegi, gróskumikli garður við Wadden-haf býður upp á smekkleg hótelherbergi, fjallaskála og sumarhús þar sem hægt er að slaka á í fríinu. The whole area is very charming. Very kind and helpful staff. My daughter left something very important for her at the room and hotel staff did their best to help us. I highly reccomend that hotel.

Hotel De Werf er staðsett í Den Helder og í innan við 49 km fjarlægð frá Vuurtoren J.C.J. Van Speijk. Það er með bar, reyklaus herbergi og ókeypis WiFi. Excellent breakfast! and even better location to walk around after breakfast!

Hotel West Inn er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað í Hippolytushoef. Very quaint little hotel, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, all very clean and cozy. Bedroom had a huge American fan. Very much appreciated! Free parking in front of the hotel (public parking), local high street and restaurants within a stone throw. Exceptional breakfast given the small space of the building. WIFI was really powerful and fast :-) To sum it all up: Ideal spot for loving couples without kids and business travellers, cool location for bicycle tours around Wieringen, to Den Helder or nice beaches around.
