El Amerikalinjen es un animado hotel boutique situado en el centro de Oslo que lleva el nombre de un crucero del siglo XIX. absolutely adorable hotel,professional and proper staff ready to serve any of your needs with a smile. the breakfast was really good. and the bar … oh the bar … And last but certainly not least - the hairdryer wasn’t a cheap no-blow, but a proper hairdryer with curl disc etc. as a person with long hair travelling this feature is a huge plus!

Este hotel, inaugurado en septiembre de 2018, se encuentra en Oslo, junto al centro comercial Storo Storcenter, entre los barrios de Storo y Nydalen, a unos 5 km del centro de la ciudad. Breakfast was fantastic with huge choice of excellent food.

Great hotel on all accounts, met or exceeded my expectations: - very kind, relaxed, helpful and always available staff; - attention to detail, thoughtful arrangement (lighting, desk, hangers, bathroom) - spaciousness (room, shower, bed) - cleanliness - comfort - quiet (no street noise, good sound-proofing) - warmth (heating) - shared facilities such as laundry, ironing, microwaves, kitchenette, food - other shared space on first (ground) floor (sofas, tv, ping pong and football tables), nicely arranged, allows easy interaction if desired, or peaceful time in private - location (right in the centre, short walk from central station, tram stop right outside, shop next door) - very convenient check-in and -out times I have not travelled to Norway much, but comparing to other European destinations, this has exceeded my expectations, especially considering that price was reasonable. Will stay there again in the future.
