The receptionist kindly allowed us to use a downstairs suite when I was reluctant to take the upstairs unit designated to us. We are elderly and not as agile as we were.

The location was great for accessing the city and further afield. Parking is easy. The room was cozy and warm and I really loved having the shared lounge and kitchen to use. The door code system was easy to use and felt very safe.

Comfy, clean and spacious with wonderfully friendly staff. The bar and pool room are warm and welcoming and the meals in the restaurant are delicious! Fabulous value for money. We will definitely stay here anytime we come back to karamea.

A bonus to have restaurant onsite which had delicious food with great service at a excellent price. Bonus was all units on ground floor with parking outside units .
