The staff was awesome (despite visiting during Ramadan) and was willing to help with anything I needed during my stay. One night they even brought sweets for Iftar. I will say it might be more expensive during waterfall season, but was overall awesome.

The hotel is beautiful, located in the best accommodation area in Salalah. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I felt like in the best resorts of the world. Breakfast is delicious, 2 incredible swimming pools in the hotel plus access to Rotana swimming pool and a private beach without waves. Wifi great and working in all areas including the beach. Huge room with great bathroom. Parking area in front of reception with plenty of spots. I loved it and totally recommend.
