Front desk officers are very accomodating, polite, and considerate. The same qualities are true to all other hotel staff and security guards. Its restaurant is cozy and the staff are also very nice. Location is also good especially if one is traveling between Iloilo and Bacolod because the hotel is just about less than 5min to the port. I can say that I will definitely recommend in full confidence the Harbor Town Hotel to any traveller wishing a hassle free , safe, and enjoyable hotel stay.

The Grand Dame Hotel was a calming oasis nestled in the middle of the busy and sometimes chaotic area of Lapaz, Iloilo. The staff were always helpful and followed up requests quickly. The building is a classic design and although it isn’t new it has been well maintained and because the furnishings are of a good quality they have stood the rest of time. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Convenience because it is next to the Atria Ayala Mall where there are cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and other services. Room is clean and beddings are fresh. The gym has minimum equipment including treadmill and some weights. Breakfast serves local Ilonggo-Filipino dishes and rice cakes not easily found in other restaurants. The area is relatively quiet but close to the business area of Iloilo. Very good business hotel.

The staff are super efficient in the check in and check out process. They provided options when there were some things to sort out. They also explained the current situation and facilitated the requests made. Overall, with the staff, and especially the location, this is a great place to stay when doing business and also exploring the urban heart of the old city district of Iloilo.

I truly recommend the figtree Hotel, the staff was all friendly. The breakfast was excellent where you can help yourself to how much you like including coffee and fruit juice. The figtree is ideally situated with shopping malls and restaurants all near by. I will definitely be staying here again when I plan to come back to Iloilo later this year.

The staff were friendly and extra considerate. The room was clean and very comfortable. There are also lots of lobbies around to just sit and relax. I've stayed at quite a few hotels in Iloilo including the so called top hotels and I will only be staying at citadines Amigo from now on. Fantastic and see you again soon.

One of the best place I've stayed! A very clean room. Almost complete kitchen wares with cooking ingredients. They also provided free rice, drinking water and toiletries. I feel like we're in a hotel. The host was also kind enough to provided us instruction on how to commute since it's our first time in Iloilo.

Fabulous apartment, king size bed with deep mattress. Has everything you need and more. Coffee shop, laundry shop and 7eleven all on the complex. Walking distance to the river esplanade in one direction, SM iloilo in the other.. I wanted to extend my stay but it wasn't available. Definitely stay here again.

Injap tower is the sister hotel of hotel 101. Having stayed at hotel 101 prior, Injap tower also offered the same great service. Rooms were much newer compared to Hotel 101. Injap is also across the road to SM Iloilo which was highly convenient. A good stay for a couple of days while exploring a diverse city.

What i like my stay with the transient house is that it is the famouse netongs batchoy if you dont mine walking 5 -8mins to La Paz Market.also near to food center whenever you need basic need such as toiletries, pharmacy. It is also near to SM city iloilo 10-12 min walk or 5-10mins tricyle ride.

The location is beside Robinsons mall which makes it accessible to a lot of shops and restaurants. It is also within the Iloilo City proper where you can see lots of old buildings just by walking around. It also accessible to jeeps and taxis which makes going around the city a lot easier.

Location is quiet as it is not in the main highway - it is second building from the main highway. Also, the building is almost brand new and each room has concrete walls. Very nice ambiance. I feel like I was in 5-star hotel. I will surely recommend to all my friends visiting Iloilo City.

Seniors friendly! I checked in a separate rooms with my 2 family with medical problems and both seniors, I was really overwhelmed how they made sure their safety ! A rubber mat was placed in their shower room to prevent slipping or any accidents! Good job richmonde hotel Iloilo city🫡

it was perfect. size is just right with full service apartment facilities and nearby restos. not to mention the 7-11 at ground floor of adjacent building was very useful as well. will definitely recommend to friends and family who are cisiting iloilo

Hotel staffs are very polite. The room was very spacious. Free tea, coffee and water as their complimentary. The pool is quite big. Breakfast is buffet and very pinoy, I love ir. Want to book again soon in my future trips to iloilo city.

Location is great—very close to Iloilo must-visits, ferry terminal, groceries and SM Centers. The hotel public spaces—lobby, pool, front entrance—look classy and elegant. The staff is friendly and helpful.
