When I had a stomach ill，Claudia suggested me drink hot lemon water and made it for me; When I can not eat Raw & cold food which is common in Philippine，She made Boiled Vegetables Soup for me in 6am，Which means she get up at 5.am for me，to made me catch the cabilao diving tour. Her husband is also nice，he is so strong because he do gym everyday maximum 1 hour. He borrow a foam roller to me，to decrease my back ache. The price of laundry is really a bargin，100p/Kg，I am astonished. In a word，Selectum Mangrove resort is a family resort you would not like to miss in your hololidy！

This resort was amazing and perfect for our family with two small children. Personally, my experience of this place was of a five-star resort because of the amenities, the views, the room and the customer service. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The pool was so great that we did not spend much time at the beach despite the beach being only a 1 minute walk from the resort. The pool area also had a kids section and a spa. Some features worth mentioning are: - we were in room 304 which had a perfect view of the pool and beach. - thick double glazed windows meant that we couldn't hear much of the pool noise. - A great breakfast buffet spread. Offerings of traditional filipino dishes and non-filipino dishes - Great resort restauarant. The menu identified which meals had gluten, meat, etc. - a nearby quiet beach which is much less crowded than Alona beach. - daily room clean available. - in house laundry available, but pricey. There is a local laundry near the 7eleven which is so much cheaper, and they provide same day service. - airport pickup and drop off available for a fee. - life guards at the pool. - food and drinks service available at the pool. - complimentary pool towels available. - Queen beds are super comfortable. - there are a handful of near by restaurants within the Moadto complex. - nearby 7eleven to get bottled water chocolates, etc. - ATM available. - the fireworks during NYE was very impressive
