Hotel Arkada is situated in a historical building from 14th century set directly on the main square Námestie Majstra Pavla in the centre of UNESCO-protected town of Levoča. Location is in the center of the historical town near Saint Jacob chuch. Reception's staff was very friendly and helpful. We had nice and comfortable room and a very good breakfast.

Situated 1 km from Stará Lubovňa town centre and the Litmanova Skilift reachable within 9 km, Hotel Familia offers en-suite accommodation, a restaurant and a bar. There was all we wished for and price to quality ration is great.

Located in Spišská Nová Ves, 3 km from the Slovak Paradise National Park, Hotel Metropol features a spa centre, a restaurant and en-suite rooms with free WiFi. Everything was nice and clean. We got an AC even though we did not ask for one. Should you need to, upgrading a room is very easy if there are other rooms available. I always go to this hotel when visiting family in the East of Slovakia, they never let me down. The service is exceptional compared to Slovak standards. The reception is open 24-7, whatever you need they have. I needed an extra towel, and the nice lady at the reception gave me a fresh one, even at 3 in the morning. The breakfast is great and the amenities (spa, massage, dining hall, bar) are excellent. Remember to book a massage at least a day ahead, usually they are completely booked out. This hotel really meets everything a traveler like me expects.
