The staff was extremely kind and helpful to organise a small surprise for the birthday of my partner. The bedroom is very comfortable, cosy and spotless clean. The breakfast was good and fresh. We would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel Cesare is an elegant hotel boasting bright interiors and a sophisticated atmosphere. The hotel is right inside the entrance gate, so it was just a few meters from Parking Lot #6. The reception staff was very friendly and efficient. We had dinner in their attached restaurant and the meal was outstanding. The grilled lamb was cooked to perfection which has been hard to find in our experience in Italy. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. The other highlight of breakfast besides the food was the lady taking care of the food and the guests. Her name is Camen, and she is truly a delight and a great representative for the hotel. Not only was she very good at keeping the area clean and free of used dishes, etc., she was friendly and very, very accommodating, especially when we requested a third cup of coffee. We are coffee loving Americans, and so appreciated her willingness to serve us with a smile. We were traveling with another couple, and after we left, my sister discovered they had left their phone charging equipment in the room. When we called the hotel, they said it had been turned in, and kept it at the desk for us to stop and pick it up a week later when we finished our European trip and were on our way back to our home in Italy. It was at the desk when we returned. This will now be our go to hotel when we have guests we want to take to San Marino.
