This is a great little place. The room with private bathroom is good, the aircon is good, breakfast is very good, worth the price, Carlos is a very nice host who goes the extra mile to make your trip comfortable; organising boattrips, excursions on the island, airport transfer or even sometimes cooking a meal in the evening if he has the time. Highly recommended!

It is an amazing property in the middle of the rain forest with top of the line facilities and staff. The activities offered to experience the island are a must and absolutely fantastic.

Set in Santo António, 15 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, Residencial Mira Rio offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We had a very nice stay at Mira Rio, right in the heart of Santo Antonio - the main city of Principe. It's a good location as a starting point to explore different sides of the island; and you can get a feeling of the daily life in the city. The rooms are basic and clean. The breakfast is great, and you can order lunch and dinner at the bar (like everywhere on the island, fresh fish is available). The staff is friendly and helpful, and they can assist you with booking activities, guides, transportation, etc. We also got free transfer from and to the airport.

Valdivia Homes -Príncipe is set in Santo António and offers a garden and a terrace. A gorgeous, modern and clean house with all the amenities. Rita is a great host. Answered promptly any questions, helped me get in contact with a great local guide,Joaquim,to show me around the island and was always available in case you needed anything. I highly recommend Valdivia Homes for anyone traveling to Principe island.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Hotel Roça Sundy is a country house situated in a historic building in Santo António, 23 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone. I am rating Sundy Praia and not Roça Sundy as we were offered an upgrade and stayed in the villas instead, which was a nice surprise. All was beyond perfect, the villas in the jungle and their private beach were absolutely stunning! Food was good too, place is calm and clean, and the staff, in particular the young men at the front desk will go the extra mile to make you feel home!

Providing sea views, Pousadinha Mar Ave Ilha in Principe provides accommodation, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. We absolutely loved the staff Betty and Marlene. Both were so lovely, warm hearted kind and patient, always with a smile on their beautiful faces even through having to deal with two travellers who spoke no Portuguese. Thet went above and beyond making our stay comfortable, making us feel part of their family. What a special place for the person who wants to explore the natural world of Principe. Be prepared facilities are basic in the area with a local shop that provides only the very basic food stuffs and takes local cash. There is an amazing secluded beach at the bottom of a ,steep at times, jungle track that is accessible by foot only, its about 2km walking down and up around 223m of elevation. There is plenty to see on the route, including lots of parrots roosting at dusk.
