Located in São Tomé, 700 metres from Emília Beach, Hotel Kenito provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The hotel is very new and clean. The staff is very friendly and Mr. Kenito himself helped us with everything we needed. We felt really comfortable and at home. The rooms are clean, have a nice shower and a minifridge. The hotel is close to the airport and a decent distance from the center, we felt safe to walk to the center at night. It's a lovely place to stay in Sao Tome, definitely recommend!

Hotel is located by the beach and walking distance to city center. They have beautiful and well maintained garden and pool side, rooms are comfortable and really clean. Breakfast is great and stuff is kind and helpful. Alexa, the manager, will be more than glad to help you with car rental, island tours… she is simply the best!

Hard to find anything bad to say about this hotel - everything works well. The manager is very hands on and obviously well liked by her staff and it translates into an excellent experience throughout. There are copious common spaces to hand out and the rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar were also good experiences. It was very convenient to. the airport and the airport transfers worked very well.

Casa Cantagalo - Guest House & Bar Restaurant has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Santana. Very beautiful place,staff very professional and very family atmosphere. I come back for sure

The breakfast was a buffet style and was better and with more variety than most European or American 4+ start hotels. Good quality food, good use of local foods, very attentive service. I liked how they used some of the local chocolate syrups and preserves, as well as fruits and coffee. Excellent view of the sea for a bonus! We also had shows every evening, including a local live band and a youth orchestra playing local music. Both were great! The starts of this hotel however were the staff. The front desk was efficient, they were ready for the check in, they had the bill ready for the checkout, and they were always smiling and eager to help. The bartenders and maids were also friendly and proactive, very proactive, same for the towel person at the pool. And Bruna was fantastic! she was all over the place, talking to guests and helping in any way possible from getting taxis to organizing tours, making dinner reservations at local restaurants, etc. In summary, customer service was in line with or better than most 4+ star hotels in Europe or the USA.
