The staff is very friendly and Mr. Kenito himself helped us with everything we needed. We felt really comfortable and at home. The rooms are clean, have a nice shower and a minifridge. The hotel is close to the airport and a decent distance from the center, we felt safe to walk to the center at night. It's a lovely place to stay in Sao Tome, definitely recommend!

Matatagpuan sa tabi ng beach sa Sao Tome Island sa Gulf of Guinea ang Omali Lodge na may mga eleganteng kuwarto at libreng WiFi access. The employees always smiling and very polite with good recommendations. We felt really welcomed! The swimming pool is beautiful and the breakfast was also very good. Overall we had an amazing experience, also received an upgrade as we were on our honey moon.

It's very central and the staff went above and beyond to help me out , I can't recommend this place highly enough, great breakfast too!

Roca Santo Antonio Ecolodge is a bed and breakfast set 15 km from São Tomé. With an outdoor swimming pool, the property also features barbecue facilities. There is a restaurant. Great staff, great breakfast, lovelly place to stay! Only nice words towards the place, the crew, conditions!!

Matatagpuan sa São Tomé Island, makikita ang Pestana Sao Tome sa seaside, 1 km mula sa sentro ng São Tomé. The breakfast was a buffet style and was better and with more variety than most European or American 4+ start hotels. Good quality food, good use of local foods, very attentive service. I liked how they used some of the local chocolate syrups and preserves, as well as fruits and coffee. Excellent view of the sea for a bonus! We also had shows every evening, including a local live band and a youth orchestra playing local music. Both were great! The starts of this hotel however were the staff. The front desk was efficient, they were ready for the check in, they had the bill ready for the checkout, and they were always smiling and eager to help. The bartenders and maids were also friendly and proactive, very proactive, same for the towel person at the pool. And Bruna was fantastic! she was all over the place, talking to guests and helping in any way possible from getting taxis to organizing tours, making dinner reservations at local restaurants, etc. In summary, customer service was in line with or better than most 4+ star hotels in Europe or the USA.
