This was my sixth time staying at this hotel; it is the only place I choose to stay in Ivano-Frankivsk. A year ago, there were a few problems, possibly due to staffing issues during the quarantine period, but they went out of their way to solve all the problems and even gave me some extra perks to make sure I was happy with my stay. This year during my stay, everything was perfect as it had been in the past: friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great view and facilities, and the best breakfast buffet in Ukraine!

Probably the best location among hotels in Ivano-Frankivsk, next to the lakes and the park, and not too far to the city center, I like it very much. My room was quite large, clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful, making its best to solve problems. Breakfast is also very good. Free private parking next to the hotel. I appreciated mini bar fridge and complimentary still water, pleasantly served daily during this hot summer time.

generally an advanced and modern-style hostel in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk. Well designed custom-made bunk beds with curtain. I felt the bed was the most comfortable in my experience and had a generally broader personal space. bigger luggage locker. there are 2 bathrooms. drinking water in kitchen. responsive message. ( It may be OK to put more bunk beds in the room for better income.

Great breakfast at the restaurant. A la carte style, with option to make your choices the night before. It is a cosy, very clean and comfortable boutique hotel, some 10 minute walk from the central fountain square of Ivano-Frankivsk. The staff is very welcoming and professional.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location - just 5-10 minutes walking distance to the city center. Very good breakfast. I'm quite sure this is the best hotel by far in Ivano-Frankivsk. By international standards, I would say it's a very good 4 star hotel.

Cosy hotel in perfect location right at the central square of Ivano-Frankivsk. Though the location is very central, I heard no street noise and room was quiet. Bed was comfy, wifi worked well, room was clean. Breakfast is very small, but of good quality.

Apartment and rooms are done with modern western design in mind, very aesthetic and cozy. Based on the pictures it was the only place that I liked in Ivano-Frankivsk and it did not disappoint.

Great restaurant with Ukrainian national cuisine, SPA, big rooms

I was so lucky to have my first visit to Bukovel and staying in this beautiful hotel, Great memories, great people, great food, the view of the pool are really unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for ALL my friends, families, couples to stay in this hotel and enjoy quality time around the hotel facilities whenever they decide to visit bukovel. The last I would exclusively like to Thank Mr. Sergio on the reception area he made my days and he assist me a lot to explore the place and having great support during my stay I will never forget such nice person honestly. In this cozy atmosphere created for us by the Romantic Spa Hotel, we rested our soul and body, we are very grateful to the staff, everything was at the highest level❤️ we will come back to you again

Super! I spent 3 perfect days at this hotel. The hotel is big, beautiful, exceptionally clean, the spa is very comfortable, beautiful view. The restaurant is also very good and the staff in the entire complex is very kind.

What i liked the most , was the heating in our rooms . Tooo warn , at some point over night we had to switch off the heater . Spa Pool arena was clean Sauna was hot. "Koliba " , the restaurant had good food , the breakfast also good . The view from our balcony was beautifull We will come back again for sure.

I think it's the only place of its kind in the Ukrainian Carpathians. Yes there may be other great hotels, but none of them can provide the full authentic experience that Koruna provides. The cultural elements such as cuisine , architecture, etc. are kept authentic and are handled very tastefully. The views are breathtaking.

Beautiful outdoor pool, serviceable gym. Vast variety at breakfast. Delicious shashlyk at their kolyba. They let me check in early after arriving on an overnight train, and hang around in the spa while waiting for an evening departure the day I left, at no extra cost - even though I offered to pay. Your mileage may vary, of course, especially in the high season, but I was impressed. NB there are two places across a small road (almost a driveway): the Panorama Hotel and the Family Resort, and Google Maps can be confusing. Oh, and everybody was charmingly tolerant of my attempts to speak Ukrainian. (That's actually kind of a big deal. Working with somebody who's obviously struggling but determined, rather than automatically switching to English, is a kind thing to do and requires patience.)

Amazing views and Location. Clean and everything you need for relaxing stay.

Great location with good facilities. The view from the heated pool or sauna is fantastic. Polite and professional personnel. All is good with the room isolation; we didn't have a problem with that, which is normal in a chalet. The road up to the hill wasn't that bad either we didn't have any issues. Tasty food at the restaurant, though it won't be exactly cheap, more in line with Bukovel standards.
