Ibis as always is on the level. It’s like McDonald’s: everywhere you travel, you know what to expect and it has met my expectations) is clean, warm, modern and comfortable.

Very kind staff members and the service was fantastic. They helped us a lot when we had some plan changes - They tried their best to get us another room in the hotel for unplanned extended days.. The room was clean, big and bright - The view on the Rynok Square was adorable. A big thank you to the staff and the cleaning team!

The location of the hotel is perfect - it is in the center, but a bit outside of it. So it is quiet and very cozy. The room is special, with a high ceiling, and you can feel that there is some history in the building. The room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable and the room had everything you need for a good stay. Special thank you for a person on the reception who checked me in earlier that was supposed. I did not take breakfast, so I cannot say if it was good or not.

I chose the place according its closeness to top.horseriding. So I rode horses everyday there and enjoyed easiness on staying in a hotel which has an excellent restaurant working 8am until 11pm. Wifi was excellent and I even lost the touch of the reality outside the hotel itself, where nearby area was without electricity most of the days due to Russian missile attack.
